The location is fantastic and the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Really helpful staff and altogether a very good experience. Very good service, private parking available around the hotel. - Clean pool and a spa lounge, nice to relax. - What a quiet location in the artificial ponds! - So close to well-maintained gardens, the port - about 10 minutes away, and a big park.

The beds were super comfortable. Cleanliness of the bathroom and linen. Breakfast and dinner perfect... Service staff in the restaurant very courteous and attentive.

Hotel a little out of date. You can see it in the furniture. . . Dead mosquitoes on ceiling and walls (probably from last summer).

Everything was wonderful, truly enjoyed garden view from my double room. The location was great, just a short walk away from Port de Campos. The services were excellent, including delicious breakfasts and private parking if needed...

An excellent choice for families with young children. Lovely garden! Nice pools! Also a heated pool at the spa area. We chose the hotel because we were on a cycling holiday. The suite was comfortable. However, noises from the corridor and other rooms were sometimes quite disturbing. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast/dinner were very nice. Theme evenings twice a week.

The restaurant area was large and the acoustics at the restaurants was terrible. The noise was sometimes almost too much. We cycled five-six hours a day, so we really needed to have the dinner at 18hrs, could not wait until later. After the dinner we would have liked to sit down and enjoy a nice peaceful moment at the bar with flygel music, but every night there was a show at the same time for children next door disturbing the bar area totally. The candles or nice bartenders did not save the atmosphere when children were running (in and out) and screaming (of joy). If you closed the eyes you would think you are in an amusement park.

We had a brilliant stay in this family-friendly hotel. It was brand-new in colonial style. Its location was peaceful. We enjoyed supper and drinks at nearby Vinoteca Bar Las Estrellas.
